About Us

Paul Goin, Owner: Paul got his start in tree care in 1981 in Golden, Colorado, as a ground laborer. Since 1988, Paul has been an ISA certified arborist and has worked for various tree care companies in the Denver/metro area as well as in the Netherlands, Suriname, Honduras, and Washington D.C. Paul moved back to Denver in 2003 to start Tree Pros, Inc.

In January 2015, Paul achieved the highest credential available within the International Society of Arboriculture (ISA): ISA Board Certified Master Arborist. In 2018, Paul graduated from the American Society of Consulting Arborists (ASCA) academy. He is qualified in Tree Risk Assessment (TRAQ) through the ISA and holds the Tree and Plant Appraisal Qualification (TPAQ) through ASCA. Paul also holds the Qualified Supervisor (QS) credential with the Colorado Department of Agriculture.

Paul has held virtually every position in the tree care industry, from ground laborer to production climber to supervisor to district manager for some of the largest tree care companies in the world.
